I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do everything we can to ship your items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production before your order is shipped; The average delivery time is 15-21 days.

I don't like my order, can I return it? What to do in case of a problem?
We offer a full money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the return package.
Please note: if your package is on its way, you must wait for it to be received and return it before you can claim a refund.

No refunds will be made after this time.
